It was about four years ago. I worked with Alex at Dairy Queen, and every time our schedules lined up and we worked the same shift I would hear a new update about a guy she had a crush on. In between making dip cones and blending Blizzards, Alex told of friendly conversations turning to first dates and butterflies.

The guy in this narrative was named Ben, and I (and all the other employees at DQ) were rooting for this couple. Little did we know that 5 years later this blossoming romance would turn into a lifelong commitment.

Ben and Alex have the kind of chemistry that just makes you smile. We giggled through their whole session - if that's any indication of how their union is going to be, these two are going to live a beautiful life. <3
