Evan and Adair {Rolling Meadows Ranch wedding}

All the happiness and love that surrounded this wedding day made it feel like the beginning of something amazing. And that’s just was it was… Something amazing. The beginning of Evan and Adair’s life together was showered with sunlight and happy tears (some of them from me.) There was something special in the air; from the excited giggles of bridesmaids to the tear-filled hugs from family members, this day was different and special in the same way that this couple is special. In the most magnificent and heartfelt way, these two radiate the kind of love to one another that you read about in storybooks.

We started off the day documenting the details as well as the excited hustle and bustle of the bridal party getting ready...

Once dresses were zipped and pocket squares folded, we headed outside to the beautiful property at Rolling Meadows Ranch to have some fun taking photos of the bridal party.

We kept the guys and the gals separate for this part of the day so that the first time Evan saw his bride was as she walked the aisle toward him. Though they didn't see one another before the ceremony, they were able to steal a couple of moments to join hands and pray together.

And then... this. Music filled the air as parents and grandparents, groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girls, ring bearers (one human, one K-9) walked the aisle. The curtains at the end of the aisle closed, and as the music changed, they drew open again. There she stood, as beautiful as any bride could be. In case you can't picture that kind of beauty in your head, just take a look at Evan's reaction.

The ceremony was as unique and beautiful as the couple. Along with the classic vows and exchanging of rings, it included a feet-washing ceremony accompanied by a beautiful song by Adair's father and sister, communion, and a gathering of family members to pray over the bride and groom.

The ceremony ended with a kiss and a pronouncement. There was a palpable joy in the air that spread around the crowd from smile to smile.

Soon after the ceremony and family portraits, I had some time to photograph the new Mr. and Mrs. How sweet it was to see the newly married couple interacting with one another for the first time as husband and wife!

The day continued on at the reception with dinner, speeches, cake, and lots of dancing...

Once everyone had work out their dancing shoes, they sent off the bride and groom with a stunning sparkler exit. While the reception had come to a close, it was only the beginning of a lifelong love story between the newly wedded Evan and Adair Stone. This couple is going to do great things.

*do small things with great love*
