These two.

They are kind.

They are hilarious.

They are dedicated.

They are welcoming.

They make one another better.

There is such joy in their love and such authenticity in their relationship, and they’re some of the best people I know.

I was so excited when Amanda asked me to do their 3 year anniversary photos on a beautiful island. There’s something uniquely gorgeous about dusk in the summer, especially when you’re near an ocean. (Well, there’s just something about being near an ocean in general. Because if you’re near an ocean it probably means you’re on vacation.) It makes me happy to be around this couple, and I think these photos might give you a hint why. They’re so full of life and love and joy and laughter, and I loved being able to capture these qualities on camera.
