What a sweet, sweet day filled with wonderful people, joyful moments, and smiles all around. Grace and Quinton had to make the difficult decision to postpone their big reception until next year, but that didn’t take away from this day’s wonder. They still got the wedding day experience from hair and makeup at the hotel, to an around-the-corner hand squeeze just before they walked down the aisle, to riding in a party bus with all their best friends. It was an awesome, upbeat, supportive group of people, and I think ANY kind of wedding day would’ve been awesome with Grace and Quinton’s crew of friends and family.
While it WAS pretty chilly during their photo time, we had a GORGEOUSLY sunny day. We even took photos at one of my all-time favorite spots, Roebling Bridge (the combination of the sunshine with that bridge makes this photographer’s heart burst), and nobody complained about the cold because it was just such a happy occasion.
It was a true honor to experience this day alongside this special couple! I can’t wait until next year when they get to be with ALL their people and have a big dance party to celebrate their marriage. :)
do small things with great love
